Function Beverage Options
Option One: Cash BarYou and your guests pay for drinks as they go but still have a reserved area.
Option Two: Preset Tab
You set your tab guidelines & Niche managers the account for you.
Option Three: Corporate Packages
Please indicate your preference from three packages below. These packages run for a maximum of 3 hours.
Package 1:
- All domestic and imported bottled beer
- First pour white wine
- First pour red wine
- First pour sparkling wine
- Assorted soft drink and juice
Package 2: As above and including the following (first pour only)...
- Absolut Vodka
- Jim Beam Bourbon
- Ballantyne Scotch
- Beefeater Gin
- Havana Rum
- Canadian Club
- Jack Daniels
Package 3: Deluxe Package
Includes Package 1 & 2 plus a cocktail of your choice from our menu on arrival. Cocktail must be pre-booked.
$72 per person for two hours, then $16.00 per person, therafter.
To provide responsible service of alcohol to our guests food platters must be ordered for us to provide the above Corporate Packages and Open Bar Facility. We promote the service of responsible alcohol and patrons may only order 1 drink per person at a time.
